These are not an over trouser but an all in one waterproof walking trouser.

Features

Hydro/Dry® AWP (All weather protection) fabric is constructed from a water resistant and durable Nylon outer face and a soft jersey liner which is backed with a PU Hydrophillic laminate offering superb weather protection and all day comfort.

Manufactured to exact specification to give maximum performance and comfort with a waterproof rating of at least 10,000mm hydrostatic head.
